The Business Management and Analysis Group welcomes the opportunity to collaborate with offices and departments across GW. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and offer more than 100 years of combined experience in higher education administration.

It is helpful initially to clearly define and document the scope of work and key dates, as well as any issues or concerns related to the engagement. For projects utilizing the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC), this is done using a Project Charter. For other initiatives, a Service Level Agreement (SLA) can be established and approved by the respective parties to ensure clear expectations so we can meet the necessary requirements.
